Lake Marion Waterfront Rentals are approximately 10 minutes from:
- Three golf courses
- Shopping malls
- Grocery stores
- Restaurants
- Night clubs
- ...ALL within 10 minutes!
- Historic Charleston or Columbia within an hour
The following applies to all rental properties:
- Spring and summer rentals can start on a Saturday or a Sunday.
- A security deposit is required for reservations, damage, and cleanup. It is refundable by mail after checkout and
is not considered a part of the rent.
- Rates are subject to 8% tax and up to an $80.00 exit fee.
- Homes are to be cleaned with trash removed before you leave.
- All utilities, furnishings, and cookware are provided. You must bring all of your linens, towels, trash bags and
paper products. **Some homes provide linens but must be washed and folded prior to vacating.
- Holiday weeks/weekends/individual days may be subject to higher rental rates. Some homes will only rent the
whole week of July 4th.
- FAMILIES ONLY. House parties are NOT allowed.
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE HOMES.
- Check in 2:00 pm, check out 11:00 am
- Monthly rates available, 3 night minimums, some holidays may require a full week rental.
- Pick up key at our office, Exit 98 off I-95, 9355 Hwy 6, Santee, SC (east of I-95).
- When checking out, bring key back to our office.
